The system of the cores in Flex Trim is a modular construction which is why it is available in almost any length. This flexibility is one of the keys in Flex Trims concept. The cores are typically produced in POM but cores are also available in aluminum.
Most of our sanding heads are standard equipped with our patented o-ring lock system. Without any use of tools this system enables a quick and easy switch of sanding brushes.
Besides our standard cores Flex Trim is also continually developing special sanding heads for special assignments e.g. sanding of moulded chair backs and with special grooves for sanding of edges and in profiles.
